Order processing, delivery estimates, tracking, address accuracy, and parcel issues

Processing Time
Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days after successful payment. Peak periods may require up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
Estimated U.S. Transit
Estimated U.S. transit after dispatch is generally 10–15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; remote destinations, large packages, weather, customs, and carrier disruption may add time.
Shipping Charges
Available methods and charges are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, the recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage, or local collection fees.
Tracking and Split Parcels
Tracking details are sent when available and may take several business days to update. Items in one order may ship separately due to size, availability, or fulfillment routing.
Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete deliverable address. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins, and costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Damage or Missing Items
Contact service@orelvanna.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the parcel, label, internal packaging, product, and affected area. Keep all packaging while the case is reviewed.
Inspect Before Use
Inspect panels, seams, handles, wheels, hinges, clips, frames, fasteners, edges, and included hardware before use. Do not load a product that is cracked, loose, unstable, unusually sharp, or incorrectly assembled.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by delays, including missed events, reservations, installer appointments, or replacement purchases.
